The week before

Every year, since when my dad took me to see my first F1 race, I find myself in this situation:
What do I do for the week before the F1 season starts?
I inform myself. I find out about the teams, the cars, the engines. I gather up every detail from the papers, I get all my driver and mechanic friends who come to Sparco to tell me everything they know. I want to know everything, to get a good idea of where I’m going to see the most exciting challenges, and a good idea of how they’re going to turn out.
Working here at Sparco I get to meet lots of drivers, people who race in all the different motorsports categories. Each one has a different way of taking on a race: there are the wise ones, the instinctive ones, the tacticians, and the sheer crazy.
Is this going to be a season of instinctives or wise men?
And the cars? Is there one that’s a cut above the others? Are there going to be any real surprises?
This is the kind of stuff I want to know, but to find out I’ve just got to wait for Sunday, but I’ll keep guessing anyway.
What do you think?
Who’s got the best chance of winning the driver’s championship?
And who do you think the best constructor is?
In 8 months you’ll be able to say “I told you so”…
