The Sparco Web Experience is a new way of firing up your passion for cars:
all you have to do is register, choose a profile picture (your car maybe?) and then just get on with it.
The blog’s there for you to tell us your stories and for us to tell you ours, with news, previews, interviews with great guests, insiders from the world of Sparco and for car fans in general.
Then again, the Sparco Web Experience is you, isn’t it?.
The community is a place to meet, share stories and photos, talk and even compete, and we’re looking for your contributions to bring it alive every day with all the passion that distinguishes both you and us.

COMMUNITY DISCLAIMER

Subscribers to the Sparco.it community are fully and legally responsible for their behaviour within the community space, and for the content they publish.
The administrators of the site www.sparco.it, while making all efforts to remove content that violate the Regulations, o not have any prior control over the content published by the users.

Registration
The User accepts to:
1. provide truthful, accurate and complete information regarding themselves on the Site registration form (said information is herein referred to as “Registration data”);
2. maintain and promptly update the Registration Data such that it remains truthful, accurate and complete.
If the user provides false, inaccurate or incomplete information or if Sparco has any grounded suspicion regarding the truthfulness, accuracy or completeness of the information, Sparco shall have the right to suspend or to terminate the user’s account and to refuse any current or future use of the Site (or any part thereof), as well as to take any other actions at its disposal.
The user shall create a password and a user name at the end of the registration process. The user is under the obligation to assure the secrecy of the password and user name, and shall be fully responsible for all activities conducted under that user name and password or in the account. The user accepts to:
1. immediately inform Sparco of any unauthorised used of their password or account, and of any other violation of security, and to:
2. verify exit from the account at the end of each session. Sparco shall not assume any responsibility for losses or damages due to or associated with failure to respect this requirement.

Links and other sites
The Site contains links to pages present on other sites, which may offer products, services and other resources. Since Sparco has no control over those sites and resources, the user acknowledges and accepts that Sparco has no responsibility regarding the accuracy of the information provided by or available on said other sites. Links to external sites do not constitute an endorsement on the part of Sparco of the sponsors of those sites or the content, products, advertising or other materials present on those sites. Sparco does not write, edit or proof said pages or links. The user further acknowledges and accepts that Sparco shall have no liability, whether direct or indirect for any losses or damages incurred effectively or presumably due to or in connection with the use or reliability of the content, products or services available from said other sites or resources.

COMMUNITY RULES

Subscription to the Sparco community is completely free and does not lead to any obligation other than registration at the site www.sparco.it.

In order to make use of the services, the User undertakes to:
Provide the Personal Information required during the registration procedure and to guarantee that said data is current, complete and truthful;
Promptly update the Personal Information keep it current, complete and truthful.

The editorial staff reserves the right to cancel profiles containing Personal Data which clearly do not comply with these conditions.

RULES
These are the main rules to follow in the Sparco Web Experience:
Do not use vulgar, aggressive, provocative or discriminating language.
Do not publish or exchange offensive or obscene material or any content which may violate Italian Law. Content which expresses violence, pornography, hate or racism is forbidden. Respect others.
Do not publish or exchange material which is protected by copyright.
Do not divulge the personal information (personal details, address, telephone number, etc) of others.
Do not use the community services to promote economic activities or for advertising.
Do not clone the nicknames of other users or use any other method in order to pose as another user.
Do not post messages not pertinent to the subject under discussion.

The editorial staff reserves:
The right to remove all content that does not comply with these rules and any other unwritten rules of good conduct and respect for others;
The right to expel users who do not respect the rules from the club.
